Our 8th guest in the TalentHub Coaching’s video series is Managing Director at CPM Ireland, Lorraine Butler
She joined CPM as the first-ever female MD in November 2015 after 14 years with eir Business, where she held a number of leadership roles. Lorraine is a council member of the Sales Institute of Ireland and is a founding member of TWIG (Today’s Women in Grocery) a sub-board to the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund. She was awarded CEO of the Year 2019 at the Image Business Women of the Year Awards.
Lorraine is married to Jeff, is the oldest of 8 sisters and has in recent years returned to live in her native of County Laois.
In this episode, Lorraine reflects on where her leadership traits truly began being the eldest of 8 sisters. She talks about her experience losing a family member and reflects on the pivots in her career and what it’s like leading a large organisation through a very unpredictable year.
