Our Technical Recruitment Manager, Pamela, who leads the team in full force, has a strong record in delivering top tech talent within eCommerce, Pharma and FMCG industries for over the past 8 years. She is a veteran in recruiting IT & Data professionals, having worked both sides of the fence, in house for large corporates plus high profile London agencies. Her technical and data-driven mindset stems from her degree in Structural Engineering and also from her time as a Physics teacher at Honours A level standard.
She has extensive experience in partnering with hiring managers to fill those unicorn roles on time and within budget.
Pamela fits in well with her outgoing and energetic personality. If you’re ever in TH Towers, you’ll probably notice her strutting her stuff on her mobile chatting to the cream of technical talent!
Rob has more than 5 years’ experience recruiting in the technical space, with successful stints in both Canada and the UK. Now back in the Big Smoke, Rob has joined the TalentHub team.
With a wealth of experience and a strong background in Technical hiring internally for companies such as Vodafone and Deutsche Bank, Rob makes a great addition to our #TalentTech team. His experience working with clients from leading digital agencies, to established corporates and high growth tech-startups gives him great insight into the specific nuances of every hire.

Stephen has recently relocated back to Ireland from the “the Great White North” where he spent two years recruiting technical professionals across Canada. Much of this time was spent working for the world’s 2nd largest recruitment company, Randstad, where Stephen built and managed a busy Technical Contracting desk.
With international experience in one hand (and skis in another) Stephen has settled back into Ireland to continue his Technical recruitment career where he originally started off, in Dublin.
He has a proven track record delivering hiring needs for globally recognised brands, SMEs and start-up organisations both locally and internationally.
Stephen is a recruitment fanatic with a real passion for meeting new people and landing them their dream job.
Outside of the working realm, he’s a keen golfer, massive football fan and somewhat a decent skier.
Gemma is an experienced IT and Data resourcer for all development roles at all levels. As a resourcer, her job involves helping companies source the right candidates for their business and likewise helping candidates to find the right roles for them. Over the past two years, she has found golden candidates using her advanced recruitment techniques through the collection of data and advanced secondary research (Boolean, X-ray).
Prior to that she worked in Tech Sales for several years and completed a Bachelor’s in Business Management. She is now back into her studious ways by currently doing a Diploma in Big Data for Business.
Outside of work she is a passionate baker and enjoys rummaging up some delicious treats for her peers in TH Towers.
