We have an exciting UX Researcher role for someone looking to make a name for themselves in the UX Industry. The role is with a highly successful Irish start up that has quickly become the go to player in their field of expertise.
This role will be instrumental in producing better products, experiences, communications and decisions. Your brief will be wide-ranging, and your insights will influence all corners of the business: product, marketing, sales and user success.
Qualitative research plays a huge role in everything they do. You will own the research function. You will maintain an ongoing stream of research work. And you will drive research projects from start to finish, producing clear insights, conclusions and recommendations.
This role reports directly to their Head of Product, who will provide you with career changing coaching and development. So, you will need to bring a willingness to learn, be super pro-active and come with the highest levels of attention to detail.
Conducting end-to-end user research studies; planning, recruitment, execution, analysis and delivery.
Bringing rigour and validity to our research, while also having a flexible and open minded approach
Deploying a wide variety of research techniques and applying them in different contexts: at the beginning, middle and end of projects; and for tactical and strategic purposes.
Researching with purpose. Always being clear why we are conducting research and the insights we require. Communicating those insights with utmost clarity.
An ability to develop strong relationships across the business

3+ years working as a UX researcher in a professional environment
A track record delivering research that delivered real impact on a digital product or service
Excellent collaboration skills – you enjoy working with others and are happy being part of a cross-functional team
Capable of working in a lean and informal way to uncover insights quickly
Fascinated by people, their behaviours and motivations
