We have an exciting UX & CRO Lead role for a European Market Leading Ecommerce Organisation. A pioneer in the sector, their mission is “To inspire people to experience life.” As such they have helped create unforgettable memories by selling nearly 6.5 million experience gifts annually.
They are now looking to expand their business and as part of this they are looking to hire a UX & CRO Lead, to head a brand-new department within the company. The UX & CRO Lead will be contributing to the optimisation strategy of their online ecommerce channels, while overseeing the CRO practice and developing their optimisation & CRO team. You will be responsible for leading online data-driven business growth initiatives.
You will be an integral part of our Online Experience team, and work closely with their Trading Managers, Acquisitions, eCRM and Merchandising teams. You will drive a highly iterative ecommerce optimisation process, with the support of our product owners, UX designers, tech squads and content experts.
This is a high impact role, with exciting levels of autonomy, as you are empowered to solve problems that help their online business grow. The Ecommerce UX & CRO Lead will walk the fine line of equally caring about creating a great customer experience and generating value for the business. We are looking for a dynamic person that is creative and enthusiastic about achieving both goals.
