TalentHub are proud to be partnered with our client in their search for a Technical Content Marketing Manager (2-month contract). This company is a Global Leader in Data Anonymisation and are driven by their core value of ethics and trust.

You will be required to write content around the product story; create audience centric messaging and provide S&M with superb marketing collateral. This role would suit someone who is detail orientated with an intellectual curiosity to discover and the ability to explain the true “why”. Privacy and Data Governance experience would be ideal.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop a good understanding of their products, buyers, users, competition, and target markets
  • Produce compelling, persuasive, and differentiated communications that clearly articulate the technical capabilities, differentiation, and value they create for their customers. Typical communications include sales collateral (presentations, product data sheets, solutions guide) and marketing collateral (blog posts, whitepapers, thought leadership)
  • Actively lead and contribute to technical content strategy to identify the best format and channel for content across different audiences using customer insight and an understanding of the buyer’s journey
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure website and content are optimized for search (SEO)
  • Actively contribute to the style and tone-of-voice for the company
  • Ability to manage stakeholders like the CMO, CPO & CPI, CCO (i.e. marketing, sales, and product)

Role Requirements:

  • 6+ years of marketing technical writing for enterprise software products ideally in privacy, data governance; big data and/or Cloud
  • Excellent written communication skills that build technical reader credibility and exude prospect/customer empathy
  • Ability to write in different tones-of-voice and styles, from blogs to whitepapers
  • Expertise connecting business value back to technical capabilities
  • Independent, self-starter who takes ownership over his/her projects and drives them to completion
  • Balanced thinker between analysis, technical and conversational
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
