Working within the digital contingent, this role is for an experienced Strategy Consultant, looking to grow their career by working with global clients. Join a team of designers, developers, consultants and strategists at the intersection of creativity and innovation to produce amazing solutions for your clients. The successful candidate will be a creative ideological thinker and a strategic problem solver who works with challenges hands on.

Key Responsibilities

Work on Strategic projects from end to end, starting with the initial designs, all the way through to implementation.

Use analytical skills to assess opportunities within the market, provide insights on such and build leading practice strategy presentations.

Lead client workshops and design solutions to solve your clients most challenging problems.

Create customer personas using data from your research and document customer journeys / business flows.

Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the commercial team.

Key Requirements

2+ years experience in a commercial, strategy or digital business analyst role.

Experience working in supporting Sales and Service Transformation projects and Customer Transformation projects in an agile environment.

Experience designing and implementing market-leading technology in Financial Services, TMT, Life Sciences, Retail or Utilities industries.

Experience with design thinking, user research, market analysis methods and business case development.
