We have an exciting role for Strategic Insights Manager to join a large, highly successful and loved Irish brand. You will work directly with their Director of Marketing in defining their marketing strategy.
Based in their Dublin Head Office, this role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and sits on the marketing leadership team. It offers you the opportunity to use rich levels of customer data to influence the marketing strategy for their core brand and an exciting range of new project about to launched into the market.
Take ownership for the Marketing Strategy, developing bespoke marketing plans that drive growth, retention, acquisition and customer advocacy
Manage and lead a team of strategic planners, market research, insights and CX specialists
Lead customer insights generation, defining key overall trends using best in class research methodologies
Lead and support on insights that inform new product development, product renovation, marketing plans, campaigns, brand strategies and customer communications.
Define overall customer experience strategy and support segments with best practice tools for journey mapping, design thinking
Manage customer segmentation on an ongoing basis, creating persona’s, adding to existing customer understanding of both business & residential customer base.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, the HR teams, as well as external Stakeholders such as the Media, Industry Bodies and other relevant associations.
Ideal Candidate profile
Has good tenure in previous roles, and management experience as you will be mentoring and managing a team
Can show trajectory in their career, i.e. internal promotions or moving into a more challenging/senior role in a new company
Has a 360-degree Marketing background; whilst most candidates will be stronger in some areas versus others, this role will require someone who has Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital Campaign Management, and strong commercial awareness.
Is savvy and quick with technology and systems; able to drive maximum ROI from every marketing investment.
Has managed a marketing insights budget, and has forecasting and post-campaign reporting experience.
