On behalf of a global FMCG company, TalentHub are seeking a skilled Social Media & Community Manager to join their high-performing Marketing and Communications division in their Irish HQ.

The successful candidate will get to create high quality reactive and planned content alongside the Social Media Manager. They will monitor and engage with social conversations across the company’s various social media mediums, striking a mix of irreverent humour, informative video content, tongue in cheek comedy but always highly professional approach. Over the past few years, there have been topical events where this brand has needed to react quickly to their customers via social, and so this role needs someone who knows how to reply fast on both funny and sometimes more serious/political topics.

This person will be tasked with liaising with a number of internal departments to ensure that campaigns are of a high quality and relevant. Being very creative and resourceful, you will provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer queries and will present your insights regularly via social media reporting.

The Successful Candidate:

-3+ years’ experience in Social Media and Community Management – please note this role requires someone who is a specialist in these fields, rather than Social & Community being a small part of an overall role.

-Previous experience in producing creative and design pieces for Social Media – ideally you have used Adobe Creative Suite or similar.

-Great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

-Willing to work flexible hours

-Good relationship building skills

-Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop

-A third level degree
