On behalf of one of Ireland's most loved brands, TalentHub are delighted to be looking for a Shared Services Marketing Manager to join their Marketing Communications Team. In this stimulating role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager and be responsible for the coordination of the production of all marketing collateral across all brands within the Customer Solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Below the Line communication plans to support business targets
Collaborate with the various Segment and Campaign Managers to assess needs and devise the most efficient and cost-effective means of creating relevant communications.
Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute best-in-class creativity that’s on brand and can drive cut-through and differentiation in competitive markets.
Measure and report on the performance of communication initiatives to ensure strong ROI.
Manage the day-to-day relationships with creative agencies and other third-party vendors.
Own the straight-to-studio process with creative agencies.
Define and implement operational rigor and standardisation to gain efficiencies, simplify workflows and provide a seamless marketing service experience.
Manage the Shared Services team and allocate workload according to capacity.
Manage relevant assigned marketing communications budget.
Ensure all marketing activity complies with advertising standards, customer codes of practice, regulation, GDPR, and brand guidelines.
Contribute to wider Marketing & Customer Insights team initiatives as required. .

Key Experience
years of marketing communications or operations experience. BTL Marketing experience would be an advantage.
Experience in managing creative agencies to deliver operational efficiencies.
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic and changing environment.
Strong leadership skills, with clear evidence of effectively motivating teams and driving positive collaborations.
Commercially astute and able to apply strategic reasoning, analytical and budget management skills..
Team player and solution orientated, with the ability to multitask.
