Service Manager Administrator Role

Location: Nangor Road Dublin, – On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emails, dealing with technical queries, orders, pricing queries, and all general queries
  • Manage the schedule for service engineers.
  • Respond to tender applications, Prepare & submit tenders in a timely fashion
  • Typing reports and quotes following service visits and issuing same in a timely manner
  • Logging of all POs received for Call Outs and scheduling call-outs within existing schedule
  • Liaise with HR for any HR-related issues relating to service engineers
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with all queries where applicable


Skills/Experience needed:

  • Excellent phone manner and email etiquette
  • Extremely organised with exceptional Project management skills
  • Excellent operational skills with a proven track record in scheduling, operation & systems management
  • Proficient in Word & Excel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize where required.
