Responding to emails, dealing with technical queries, orders, pricing queries, and all general queries
Manage the schedule for service engineers.
Respond to tender applications, Prepare & submit tenders in a timely fashion
Typing reports and quotes following service visits and issuing same in a timely manner
Logging of all POs received for Call Outs and scheduling call-outs within existing schedule
Liaise with HR for any HR-related issues relating to service engineers
Answering phone calls and dealing with all queries where applicable
Excellent phone manner and email etiquette
Extremely organised with exceptional Project management skills
Excellent operational skills with a proven track record in scheduling, operation & systems management
Proficient in Word & Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritize where required.
