Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to emails, dealing with technical queries, orders, pricing queries, and all general queries
- Manage the schedule for service engineers.
- Respond to tender applications, Prepare & submit tenders in a timely fashion
- Typing reports and quotes following service visits and issuing same in a timely manner
- Logging of all POs received for Call Outs and scheduling call-outs within existing schedule
- Liaise with HR for any HR-related issues relating to service engineers
- Answering phone calls and dealing with all queries where applicable
Skills/Experience needed:
- Excellent phone manner and email etiquette
- Extremely organised with exceptional Project management skills
- Excellent operational skills with a proven track record in scheduling, operation & systems management
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize where required.
