On behalf of an international Ecommerce giant, TalentHub are delighted to be searching for an experienced SEO Manager to join their growing global team. Our client is present in 11 markets across Europe and has a very strong track record of profitability. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing European brand and drive the SEO strategy for an international website.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of what makes a website successful in organic search and has a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Creating, planning and executing the SEO strategy across Europe
Proposing and leading initiatives & projects to develop non-brand SEO growth.
Working closely with the Trading, UX & eCommerce teams to identify opportunities to grow the channel
Manage a team of currently 2 SEO Executives
Run analysis and track the impact of SEO & content initiatives
Report on organic performance to management & internal stakeholders
Managing an in-house SEO Team and external agencies to deliver best in class SEO
7+ years’ experience and proven success working in large scale SEO environment
A second European language is desirable: French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or equivalent work experience
Expert understanding of onsite SEO and technical SEO concepts
Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, DeepCrawl, Accuranker
Experience working with project tracking and management tools such as JIRA
Experience working on multi-language and/or multi-regional websites
Analytical skills & experience with PowerBI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
