We have an exciting Senior Product Designer role for an innovative Saas company whose mission is to make work a more compassionate place. Their culture is one of recognition, celebration, and conversations. Their people are their greatest assets.

They are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their award-winning team of 40 designers and researchers spread across Ireland, the US and the UK, who are responsible for delivering human experiences to millions of users. You’ll play a pivotal role in working across the user experience of Social Recognition, their flagship product – using design thinking methodology and user research methods to provide the best user experience in a human-centred context.

The value you’ll deliver:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and others to design, build and bring new parts of our product to market.
• Understand technical limitations behind your designs and work with architecture to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Research Team and ensure adequate qualitative and quantitative insights have been gathered for every project.
• Play a key role in influencing stakeholders to make informed decisions and understand design impact and vision.
• Work with other designers on the team to advocate and develop our Design System and be receptive to feedback.
• Stand up for design standards, methodologies and the delivery of product features through agile development.
• Facilitate and run workshops to help the team to solve problems they face.
• Design responsive, accessible and scalable solutions.
• Work on other key initiatives related to the Product Design team goals.
• Mentor and provide guidance and advice to less experienced designers on best practices.

The skills you'll bring:

• Communication and presenting skills as you will be working closely with scrum teams, product managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Design Thinking approach.
• A positive attitude and see obstacles in an optimistic way.
