Insights Analyst We are exclusively hiring for an exciting new role within the Digital Publishing industry: As an Senior Insights Analyst you will be given the opportunity to deliver strategy and insights that drive customer focused engagement, marketing campaigns and managing customer reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Experience with setting up and maintaining customized reporting documents, producing daily and weekly reports to monitor traffic, on-site conversion, back office conversion and product performance.
Drive an analytic approach to site conversion, with Extensive experience with Google Analytics. Knowledge of Parse.ly, Hotjar and other web analytical tools is a distinct advantage.
Proficiency in Excel (with some knowledge of Pivot Tables, Macros, complex formulas)
Manage the creation and implementation of UTM tagging for digital marketing campaigns
Assist in ensuring accurate tracking of all analytics data by implementing correct tagging of all pages.
Track our SEO performance and manage the implementation of changes.
Work with 3rd party agency/ on house teams to improve the effectiveness of email, PPC, SEO and Display campaigns
Assist in evaluating and recommending digital marketing/analytics tools and products
Interest / Experience in the publisher side of digital media (websites, apps, social channels, podcasts)
