We have a very exciting new role for an Ecommerce Manager in the very forward-thinking business. Our client, Life Style Sports are always ahead of the trends that are shaping their industry and that is why they were the runaway ecommerce success of 2020 in terms of their online trading levels, customer service and setting the standard for others to follow.
This exciting role reports to their Head of Ecommerce where your responsibility is to grow online sales in by providing an epic online experience to customers.
You are responsible for all online trading functions, which includes sales and margin budgets, reporting, stock management, campaign launches and the online user experience for customers shopping across your category.
You will work closely with Online Production, Buying, Merchandising and Brand teams, as well as their global partner brands. You are part of a wider ecommerce team and will collaborate with all relevant team members and stakeholders to achieve your objectives.

Forecast annual Sale and Margin Budgets for Concepts, Categories and Department by Period and Quarter to achieve Sale and Margin Budgets
Full eCommerce P&L responsibility for your category on the site and app
Provide insights to wider Team and Business in Trading Meetings
Form and develop ideas to grow sales for your category based on your analysis
Maintain competitive benchmarking; provide insight and recommendations to all trading teams
Participate in buying reviews and inform key stakeholders of future product priorities for content development in a clear and systematic way
Monitor sales and weeks cover in your category to ensure you have appropriate levels of stock for key and fast-moving lines
Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Inventory Control teams to secure the correct stock levels
Produce and maintain Concept Launch Calendars to share internally and inform Online Production activity, including product publishing and website content asset updates
Work closely with Online Production Team to ensure all products for your category are published on time
Provide direction on Product List Page visual merchandising to the Online Production Team
Identify A/B tests for rules-driven visual merchandising and implement with Online Production Team
Identify and share ideas to improve the online UX for your category with the Head of eCommerce
A minimum of 3 years’ online trading experience in a Retail eCommerce environment will be required to be successful in this career defining role.
