On behalf of a premium Irish self-care and hygiene brand based in Galway City with its products on the shelves across Europe and North America, TalentHub are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.

This comes at an exciting time of growth in the company as they're building out their teams in Ireland and the US. This is a brand new role for the team and will involve managing a high performing team in driving multichannel digital marketing campaigns across the UK, Europe and North America.

This strategy will encompass PPC, SEO, digital and social content with a strong focus on email marketing. There will also be the chance to work on the strategy for traditional marketing channels, driving engagement with both bricks and mortar locations and ecommerce.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4-6 years' experience in a senior digital marketing position
• Experience in working in Cosmetics, Beauty or Fashion hugely advantageous
• Experience working on multichannel marketing strategies for international brands
• Team Management experience
• A strong digital first attitude towards marketing
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing strategy and email marketing tools
• The ability to operate within a fast paced and growing start-up style environment
• A strong team player with the ability to lead and motivate others.
