Senior Consultant – CX, Experience and Innovation Design
On behalf of a global consultancy, TalentHub.ie are seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver a range of projects within the areas of Service & Experience Design, Customer Experience, User Research, and Digital Business Transformation.
This is a role for an ambitious, team and customer-orientated person, with a track record of managing project in Digital Transformation for large clients.
The ideal candidate:
Can document a great track record in delivering projects and programmes in large organisations or within management consultancy
It is essential that the Senior Consultant has previously worked at the cutting edge of Innovation, Service Design and Customer Experience.
Has worked with Agile teams and understands Agile Methodology
First class stakeholder management and can show success in forging and maintaining solid relationships, both internal and external.
Highly analytical with a natural talent for solving complex problems and devising solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, you are unfazed by presenting up to C Suite level.
Can cite specific examples of projects that drove and measured CX Improvements.
