Location: Dublin – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
–Be part of a high performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping client organisations solve their complex business problems from strategy to execution
-Utilise structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, and design thinking, journey mapping or lean process improvement to help our client maximize their business through digital transformation
-Engage directly with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes
-Engage in workshops and project update sessions

Skills/Experience needed:
-Strong academic record including a relevant third-level degree
-Strong numeric analysis, presentation, process mapping skills
-Project delivery experience ideally across a range of departments/industries
-Excellent written and spoken English. Attention to detail in all forms of content
-Ability to work with (and present to) clients and stakeholders at senior and C-suite level
-A robust understanding of management consultancy
-Project Management and/or Agile certification preferred
-Lean Six Sigma and digital qualification is beneficial
