Senior Account Manager

We are exclusively hiring for an Senior Account Manager role within the digital media industry. Our international client represents an exclusive selection of market-leading, premium websites & platforms.

Reporting into the Commercial Director you will work closely with the publishers and ad operations teams to maximise the revenue opportunity from all your agency clients.

You will be an integral member of the commercial team, bridging the ad operations and commercial divisions, and responsible for planning broad-spectrum strategies.

You will be an experienced relationship builder in the Irish Media industry with great track record of creating, nurturing and developing long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow revenue from your media agency clients
  • Proactive engagement with agency contacts across all levels to build a strong contact network and create the opportunity to win business off brief as well as consistently winning business in response to briefs
  • Demonstrate very high levels of proposal responses and face to face sales activity
  • Build a strong pipeline of short and long-term business
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and contact management
  • Deliver creative digital proposal response across a varied range of publishers, managing campaigns to deliver on campaign KPIs across Mobile, Video, Native, and Display campaigns
  • Responsible for campaign set- up and management of all campaigns for both desktop and mobile
  • Ensuring all campaigns are being optimized and flag any delivery issues with ad operations
  • Contribute to the weekly team catch ups and sales pipeline meetings
  • Identify opportunities for up selling
