The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce a wonderful new opportunity with one of Ireland’s most innovative creative marketing agencies. Our client is looking for a confident, enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to join their award-winning team of industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for – and proven ability to – manage outstanding creative projects from start to finish across ATL, Digital & Social channels. The chosen candidate will also get the opportunity to work with award-winning industry creatives to put their stamp on brands and campaigns for some of Ireland’s biggest names who are renowned for being innovative, original, and disruptive.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage accounts from end-to-end covering day-to-day management of the creative production process across a wide variety of channels
• Regularly update the Account Director & Business Director on status of these accounts
• To maintain and grow accounts profitability
• Represent the Agency to your Clients and develop strong personal relationships to build and maintain trust and confidence
• Lead smaller client meetings, internal team processes & meetings with a confident, assertive attitude
• Manage agency resources on a day-to-day basis across a variety of projects
• Mentor, encourage, and delegate to junior members of staff where necessary.

Previous Requirements:

The perfect candidate will:

• Have a full understanding of ATL, Digital & Social channels, formats & production processes
• Display strong organisational, financial, and project planning skills
• Have an obvious and inherent talent for creative problem solving
• Be a natural, clear communicator
• Have 3+ years’ experience of project management an agency, whether that is media, creative or digital.
