Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively across different multifunctional Project Teams in the Agency.
- Integrate, self-traffic, prioritize and manage your own day-to-day workload across multiple projects & teams, while using your initiative.
- Work seamlessly with all your colleagues and communicate efficiently, respectfully, and clearly.
- Embrace debate, critique Agency work, and learn from the coaching and feedback that you will receive.
- Impeccably plan & manage timelines for multiple projects.
- Add value to the Agency and make your input invaluable to the teams and clients alike.
- Thrive on responsibility and harness the stress of deadlines, channelling it to create a positive challenge for you and your teammates.
- Demonstrate your love & passion for all things marketing, digital & social.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive or Intern in a similar disciplined Agency.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering Shopper, Experiential, and Digital Activation projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Passion for marketing, digital, and social.
