Our award-winning client is looking for a UKI Sales Manager to join their growing global company. In this role you will lead the team, provide direction and support to the sales numbers for the region. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be a key part of the UKI leadership team and drive initiatives across all functional for the region.

Coach customer engagement skills such as negotiation, objection-handling and closing –
Hold the team accountable and inspire them to achieve results.
Work with the team on ideas and initiatives of how we increase market share in the region
Manage weekly/ biweekly 1:1s feedback with the team / 360 reviews
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators & work closely with the Country Manager to own a quarterly plan that drives the region in achieving their commercial goals
Work closely with our Marketing team to ensure feedback is given in terms of market trends, needs of the team etc – creating campaigns and actions to maximise any opportunities
Work very closely with other regions to identify key learnings and practices that can be best adapted for the UKI team.
3+ years of experience managing a SaaS Sales team
3+ years of experience in the Hair and Beauty industry is an advantage
A focused people manager – you need to enjoy working with people – listening to their needs, giving feedback and making improvements on this feedback
You have a growth mindset and want to educate and immerse yourself into the salon industry to bring new insights to our team and clients
Proactive, rather than reactive
Passionate about the salon industry
A multitasker, not afraid to juggle a million things at once
