Visible Thread are on track to grow by 100% in 2021, on both sides of the Atlantic, with over 300 customers and an addressable market of >$2b. To help drive growth, they are now are looking for a skilled Demand Gen Manager to generate new leads through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics.

This role combines creativity, data analytics, and channel optimization to create a strong funnel of leads enabling business growth. As Demand Gen Manager, you will be responsible for all demand generation activities across our main markets of North America, Australia and EMEA.

You will be measured by MQLs, CAC and LTV. You will be responsible for delivering marketing sourced and influenced revenue for the business as well as driving new account acquisition and retention for our sales team.

Candidates must have prior experience in a growing SaaS company, ideally between $5-$20m ARR.

The role in a nutshell:

Building strong, integrated marketing programs using a mix of content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and webinars to drive new business opportunities and revenue.

Development and execution of an end-to-end integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive more pipeline and revenue through new customer acquisition.

Taking charge of planning, development and execution of email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads in an effort to build a qualified sales pipeline.

Reporting on campaign performance and provide strategic direction to the wider team

Take ownership of the prospect database and build, enrich, and engage contacts through activities such as nurture streams, content promotions, webinars, 3rd party webinars, newsletters, etc.

Be responsible for the campaign budget, allocating spend for creative, media, and production and ensuring each campaign delivers a strong ROI.

Develop testing strategy for email campaigns, with focus on subject lines, copy, creative to improve open-rates, click-throughs and conversions.

Candidate profile

3 to 5 years of professional B2B demand generation experience with proven track record, with a growing SaaS company.

Strong experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

Data driven with excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution.

Exceptional project and budget management experience with marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Quick learner, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your own work.
