We have an exciting Revenue Operations Manager role with an Irish company leading the way in portfolio management and managed futures. This role comes at an exciting time of growth for the client, and you will be integral in continuing this success story.

This role is at the heart of helping them make their sales processes more effective and building a sustainable infrastructure to help their revenue team grow and thrive.

This role reports directly to their COO. You will be responsible for ensuring their Sales, Marketing and Client Service engine runs smoothly. The role will have a particular focus on building out their sales process and optimising and integrating the technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, and other automation software etc) that they use.

You will ensure that we have the right processes and tools in place and that data flows smoothly to the people that need it. Your focus is on determining the most important tools and strategies to grow revenue, eliminating silos between departments while prioritising efficiency and accountability among teams.

So, if you are:

A high performer in a sales or revenue management role, and passionate about optimising processes and have previous experience developing and integrating tech stacks to support this.

Highly commercial, with a minimum of 3 years demonstrable sales experience and a proven track record in acquiring new business.

Highly proficient user of Salesforce from both an implementation and strategy perspective

Target driven, motivated, and dedicated to achieving KPIs.

Highly organized with the ability to plan effectively and excellent time management skills

Experienced of working in a fast-paced environment with a proven success through a consultative sales approach.

Highly ambitious, embrace a Growth Mindset with a desire to grow in your career

Your responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing and Client Services teams on all operational and analytical requests.

Execute ongoing bulk CRM/Salesforce updates.

Serve as the first line of defence for systems and tooling support, including access rights, enablement, and troubleshooting Salesforce

Play a role in the annual planning process by making recommendations in areas such as sales metrics, productivity and go-to-market strategy.

Manage projects with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimisation, process improvement, and small/medium scope sales experiments.

Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
