Overview

The Opportunity:

On behalf of a large Irish corporate brand, Talenthub is excited to share this opportunity for an Insights Coordinator.

This role will fit under the Insights and Planning team and provides an opportunity to feed into the delivery of insights, drive consumer-focused decision making and unlock growth opportunities.

The Insights Coordinator will report into the Insights Manager and will work with the Insights and Planning team which is part of the broader Marketing Team.

The role requires a curious mind that is interested in human behaviour but also enjoys ‘connecting the dots’ with data, has excellent analytical and numerical skills, and is detail orientated. Excellent writing and presentation skills are essential as well as strong communication and ‘storytelling’ abilities and experience working with cross functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop insight generation skills, working independently and genuinely contributing to a busy, motivated marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret consumer data and findings to develop deep consumer understanding and sharp insight
  • Work closely with broader Marketing team and Commercial, Operations teams to deliver insights and drive consumer-centric decision making
  • Create high quality outputs, e.g. tables, graphs, written reports and infographics, making recommendations that enable key departments to deliver business and commercial success
  • Deliver presentations to share and distribute insights, ensuring widespread accessibility and availability
  • Work with people at all levels of seniority internally and externally (key stakeholders)
  • Nurture strong internal and external networks to share expertise and insight
  • Act as coordinator for research projects, liaise with third-party research agencies on behalf of the business and ensure delivery of specified outputs

What you will need to have:

3-5 years direct experience with the design and implementation of various research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) either in an agency or client-side role.

  • Attention to detail is a pre-requisite with the ability to identify patterns, opportunities, or changes in data
  • Knowledge of working with research methodologies essential, qualitative and quantitative
  • Critical thinking skills and insight generation: experience in making decisions or drawing conclusions from data from several different sources
  • Excellent communication skills and confident working with all stakeholder levels
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to tell a story from data and experience of presenting to groups at all levels
  • Ability to learn fast in a demanding environment
  • Self-motivated with experience working independently
  • Must have a commercial approach to business
  • Track record in, and passion for solving business problems through analytics
