Due to several large client wins (including numerous multinational organisations), we now seek an experienced Recruiter to join our high-performing team. Candidates from Technology, Data Science, Analytics and Innovation focused recruitment backgrounds are the preferred profile, but we realise there are some fantastic recruiters from other sectors and so we want to hear from any recruiters who can demonstrate success and have a passion for the types of roles we manage.
The ideal candidate:
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, at least 1 year of which should be within a high-growth sector. We welcome applications from more experienced recruiters too.
Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle
Self-starter and highly motivated, proven track record in adhering to (and exceeding) KPI’s and targets.
Able to forecast revenue and someone who commits to, and ensures they achieve, such forecasts. You should have sharp commercial acumen and a natural flair for numbers and figures
Savvy with CRM systems and office software usual to a recruitment firm; experienced in Boolean search techniques and other tools that facilitate passive candidate searches.
Detail-orientated – someone who understands the power of asking the right questions and ascertaining the finer details, to ensure you deliver quality over quantity.
Highly networked within the client sector – you should have an existing network of decision-maker contacts and a strong candidate network, and your reputation and relationships with both clients and candidates should be of a first class calibre.
Confident and articulate, with strong communication skills. High level of professionalism in all forms of communication (spoken, written, social media postings etc)
A creative mind, and a natural problem-solver – someone who doesn’t simply give up, but finds new solutions to the seemingly impossible assignments.
An essential hybrid of New Business Development and Relationship Management/Delivery skills – this is a 360 degree role and you will need to balance delivery on existing work and build a new client portfolio.
Someone who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment, who is resilient, can work at pace, has plenty of ambition and a can-do attitude.
