Our client is looking for a goal-oriented and creative individual with phenomenal business acumen to join their dedicated team of UX/UI designers, service designers, and marketers as Product Owner.

Working with this team you will get the opportunity to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to large, household name clients. Moreover, the role will enable the selected candidate to pursue active opportunity for growth and development within the company giving you the chance to grow your career in a direction chosen by you.

Responsibilities:

The chosen candidate will:

• Gain experience across different industries, markets, and digital technologies

• Build client and customer relationships to help elaborate customer personas, journeys, and requirements

• Conduct market and product research to inform digital and innovation trends, best-practices, and technologies

• Translate UX designs into requirements and writing user stories?

• Manage the product backlog across multiple agile teams for sprint and release planning

• Drive the content for each release iteration in line with product goals

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers in the definition of technical solutions

• Assist with the estimation of timescales, resources, and planning to successfully deliver a project

• Own the product vision and roadmap?

Previous Requirements:

The perfect candidate will be:

• A problem-solver with a growth mindset

• A Product lover and continuous improver

• Someone willing to adapt as a Product Owner within a Consulting environment

• A candidate that has at least 3 years’ Product Owner and agile delivery experience

• A candidate that has experience with customer research, customer journey mapping, and backlog creation and delivery

• A candidate with top-class decision-making, problem-solving, and influencing skills

• A skilled communicator who can work effectively across cross-functional teams

• Someone willing to get stuck in and get the job done!

• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence would be an advantage.
