The Opportunity:

We have an exciting Product Marketing Manager role for someone looking to continue delivering career work. The role is with a highly successful Irish brand that lives their values of trust, courage, driven and caring. My client empowers their people to come to work with Courage every day.

This role will be instrumental in defining and developing their marketing strategies for key products and services, as well as ensuring consistent market-leading standards for brand, customer experience and sales & marketing.

This role reports to the Residential Marketing Manager and sits on the Marketing and Consumer Insights team.

You will be provided with career-changing coaching and development. So, you will need to bring a willingness to learn (and unlearn), be pro-active and come with the highest levels of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-in-class product marketing strategy for the Residential Market incorporating customer and market insights to support the achievement of commercial and brand objectives e.g. drive awareness and understanding of the benefits of their products and services and grow market share.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Propositions, Sales, Communications & Insights teams to ensure the product marketing strategy and features roadmaps support changing consumer and market needs.

  • Partner with the Insight & Proposition teams to gather qualitative and quantitative customer product feedback, along with relevant market trends/opportunities, and develop insight led marketing briefs based on these recommendations.

  • Ensure the Marketing activity strategically and tactically aligns to the Residential Customer Acquisition & Retention Strategy.

  • Review competitive offerings and make marketing recommendations for market differentiation.

  • Develop product marketing positioning, customer journeys and key messaging framework to be used in marketing campaigns.

  • Lead the go-to-market plan, ensuring all customer-facing teams are on-message and maximizing each channel, tracking program performance, and optimizing through continuous testing.

  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Team to develop marketing communication campaigns and plans, and monitor performance of campaign activity, finding areas of opportunity or enhancement.

  • Monitor NPS levels and Customer Satisfaction scores and take all necessary actions to improve scores as required.

  • Manage budgets and ensure that KPI’s are met within budget.

  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to grow the overall Marketing Consent Database.

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to ASAI, GDPR and CRU regulations as required.

What do you need to have?

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in product marketing and planning (B2C preferably) with demonstrated experience in delivering growth for a consumer facing brand.

  • Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing by email, in-product, content marketing, digital marketing and other owned/ earned channels.

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.

  • Excellent communication skills to influence agendas at all levels of the organisation.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and processes.

  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic and changing environment.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with clear evidence of effectively motivating stakeholders and driving positive collaborations.

  • Commercially astute and able to apply strategic reasoning, analytical and budget management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisation skills.

  • Team player and solution orientated, with the ability to multitask.

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and always have sight of the big picture.
