Overview

The Opportunity

On behalf of a Global Tech Platform, which has won multiple awards for innovation in Ecommerce, Technology and Customer Experience, we are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team. Using Go To Market strategy, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing propositions in a B2B setting.


You will be involved in defining the strategy for each product and working closely with the Product & Technology and Operations teams. You will have a clear understanding of all new product developments, specifications and features both in development, and on the roadmap across all channels.



Main responsibilities


Sales Enablement

  • Create a new Sales Enablement strategy for the company and define the processes related to it such as sales requests, conceptualisation and more.
  • Design and create collateral that will support strategic activities such as RFP and key partner discussions.

Productisation

  • Explain and advocate for the company’s solutions to key stakeholders through an amazing productization strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to highlight the useful benefits of the company products and work with external agencies to implement a visionary product marketing plan.

Market Intelligence

  • Lead the content and communications of the Product Marketing and Market Intelligence Hubs, ensuring that both resources are maintained as a source of ready-to-use collateral. This will include case studies, responses and informative collateral.
  • Build and disseminate market insights collateral, industry analysis, and in-market feedback to the business.

Competitive Analysis

  • Carry out in depth analysis in order to understand the competitor product landscape from a partner acquisition perspective, identifying gaps and opportunities for the business.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis on key prospect wins and losses, with the aim of acquiring tangible insights to build clear recommendations and action plans for the business.
  • Work with Head of Product & Brand Marketing to cultivate insight gained from market and competitor analysis, using tools and techniques such as Prospect Analysis, Market Intelligence and Personas.

Cross-team Working

  • Lead the presentation of data-based insights and plans, based upon Win/Loss and Competitor Analysis, to other teams including Product & Technology and Business Development.

Key Requirements

5 years working in B2B product marketing with a focus on positioning and productization.

Ability to work in an agile and competitive environment

Experience working with research tools to generate usable and relevant insights and data sets eg. Euromonitor, Similar Web, T2RL etc.

Great collaboration and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
