On behalf of a B2C business with an international footprint in 2 continents, we are seeking 2 experienced Product Managers, to join a high performing team, populated by colleagues who come from 1st class Ecommerce/Technology backgrounds.
These product managers will be joining impactful teams, who deliver positive business outcomes and have a commercial mindset. They are results orientated, customer obsessed and used to working to KPIs and Goals. They manage the discovery and ideation process from definition to rollout, adoption and reporting – a full end to end ownership is the modus operandi in this business.
Summary of roles
5 years in Product Management, one role focusing on Ecommerce and one focusing on Data or Business Intelligence.
Ideally has worked in an Agile environment, or similar.
First class communication skills – you should be able to communicate thoughts, rationale, justification and decision making to all level of stakeholders. You should also be a confident presenter who in unfazed by boardroom/C Suite level conversations and presentations.
Highly collaborative and proven background in working well with cross functional teams, as well as 3rd party vendors/suppliers.
Used to working to targets and KPIs, you are happy to be accountable and perform to set goals.
Extremely analytical – you should be used to working with BI and Analytics tools
Can work at pace, used to a sense of urgency and enjoys a ‘take the ball and run with it’ style of management.
Always employs a priority of outcome over output – this is a results driven business that values the outcomes.
A naturally curious mind, interested in Product Discovery and someone ahead of the curve in regards emerging trends with Product usage and adoption.
For these roles, you may come from B2B, B2C, Ecommerce, Fintech, SaaS etc – the sector is less important than the capability and experience.
