We have an exciting career move for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the fast-growing fashion brand in Ireland. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that all Paid Performance activities are delivered across all channels to game changing standards.
This role reports directly to the Director of eCommerce and comes at a time when the company has recently launched an exciting new fashion brand. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will get to impact and improve the entire marketing strategy and work with one of the best performance ecommerce teams in Europe.
The ideal candidate:
5-8 years online expertise in ecommerce or conversion focused sites
5-8 years’ experience leading digital marketing campaigns: Taking a customer centric approach to online marketing, driving brand conversion and website traffic.
5-8 years’ experience creating, implementing and monitor digital campaigns: across PPC, Programmatic, Social Media Marketing and Affiliate campaigns. Including digital campaign for promotional and product launches.
Strong experience with reporting and analytics: Creating insights for optimization, strategy and managing all campaign performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting multiple deadlines
Good communication and presentation skills
