Onsite Operations Manager
On behalf of a fantastic global engagement platform with worldwide reach, we are currently seeking a talented Onsite Operations Manager to join their growing team.
A hands on role, you’ll manage the Retention Strategy and Operations of the global site from content and promotions to retention and loyalty programs.
You will have a proven track record at managing the CRM and retention strategy of a customer facing web site – the ideal candidate will have a strong background managing a CMS for a high throughput product. Developing engagement strategies and promotions that boost retention and engagement, you’ll have experience managing a CMS and a strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
