About your new employer:

–Primary responsibility as the lead agency for the governance and implementation of the government’s Road Safety Strategy
-Online content across all digital channels including to ensure the messaging is aligned.
-Review online and offline communications service by service to ensure its customer focussed and optimised to support efficient and effective internal service delivery and online uptake.
-Review, editing and approval of draft content to ensure it’s in keeping with the company objectives and style of writing and tone of voice.
-Liaising with the Customer Care Centre and digital engagement manager to reduce incoming queries and optimise self-service.
-Linking in with the Design Authority regarding IA change requests and system design requirements.
-Working with the Internal Comms manager to offer feedback on platform content and help build an org-wide understanding of our digital-first strategy.
-Co-ordinate and work with and support upskilling of the team of Content Liaisons across the organisation.
-Planning and execution of digital content creation and release and ensuring alignment with non-digital / offline activities.
-Attending org-wide meetings where required to offer input on strategic plans or presenting updates on online content.
-Digital content online and offline writing capability.
–Proven experience of writing content for optimising service delivery.
