We have an exciting Senior Motion Graphics Designer role with an Irish company leading the way in innovative education and e-learning content and its delivery. This role comes at an exciting time of growth for the client and will be integral in continuing this success story.

Our client believes in the power of great design and visual identity and in this role you will get to use your skill set to create visually impressive graphics to tell their compelling brand story.

They are looking for a smart, flexible and skilled designer to join their fast growing team and help them create eye-catching materials that will be used for both branding and educational purposes

This role reports directly to their Head of Product, who will provide you with career-changing coaching and development.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of design and marketing professionals at the top of their game.

Role Summary:

• Owning motion graphics projects and tasks from concept to execution across a wide portfolio of work
• Assisting in the post production of video content
• Working cross-functionally within the company to ensure brand consistency and the constant exchange of creative ideas
• Contributing to the storyboards and course content
• Being a strong teammate: You can work on your own when necessary, but you enjoy working on a team and you believe in collaboration
• Getting stuff done: You have a track record of producing high-quality design. You can work on multiple projects with deadlines and constraints without compromising quality
• Being confident: You are resourceful and resilient, and can work in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years motion graphics experience in an in-house team or agency
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design style and range of projects
• A strong understanding of design principles and production processes.
• Experience within education would be a plus
• Ability to create animated pieces from scratch
• Knowledge of UX principles would be advantageous
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro essential
