Membership & Events Executive.

We are working with a niche Professional Services firm, whose client portfolio include several of the world’s best known Tech & Dotcom brands, as well as several innovative start ups. This firm places a huge value on their clients as individuals they house as their own, the service they provide and community culture they have created underpins their business success. They also have vital partnerships which bring new FDI companies to Ireland, playing their part to grow the Irish economy.

This opportunity as Membership & Events Executive allows you to join a fast-growing team. You will take responsibility for events management and membership engagement. To encourage and facilitate connections, they host a range of exclusive clients events from educational seminars and workshops, fireside discussions, social gatherings, business briefings, a complimentary wellness programme and more within their unique business network.


  • Assist both the Marketing, Community and Event Manager to project manage events and client requirements.
  • Work with the clients to identity opportunities within the community, scope out potential areas to incorporate into the events calendar.
  • Support Marketing team with event campaigns, to grow awareness and engagement.
  • Communicate events to clients, while also communicating clients’ needs to Senior staff.

Skills, and Culture fit:

  • Experience with event planning and management, minimum 1 year. Experience within the hospitably sector is extremely appealing.
  • Excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable and confident communicating and developing relationships with Senior staff.
  • Enthusiastic, curious and a self-starter who is can work as a team and on their own.
