This rapidly growing SaaS company, who provide award winning software to retailers around the globe, are hiring a Digital Marketer with a talent for Demand Generation and Customer Acquisition.
This is a role for a rising star, who has the ambition and tenacity to reach VP/Director of Marketing level within your first couple of years, and bring your first class knowledge of B2B Customer Acquisition via Digital channels to a business that is outperforming its rivals in this competitive market.
With a suite of stellar products already developed, this company are now focusing on growth, in particular for the USA, Nordics and DACH markets, and therefore experience of these regions would be of distinct advantage.
Candidates for this role should be highly analytical, passionate about Digital and performance marketing, have a solid understanding of how social, in particular, can drive demand for B2B products, be able to work at pace in a high energy environment, and be incredibly self-directed.
Role & Candidate Summary:
The creation, development and execution of campaigns to drive prospective clients into the sales funnel and generate revenue.
Management of a large marketing budget across digital channels, that achieves set ROI goals and targets.
Work in cohesion with a variety of internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, including Marketing, Product Development, Analytics, Software Engineering, Sales/Business Development and Customer Support – this is a highly collaborative role and requires a Marketing Manager with a proven track record in successfully working with cross functional teams.
Develop a series of integrated campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels including: digital advertising, paid social, webinars and virtual events, email marketing automation, content creation, and others.
Directly impact – via Marketing activities – the company growth into global markets, by the creation of a variety of growth marketing campaigns. You will be a key figure in the company’s overall Go To Market strategy.
Create, and achieve, a realistic but also ambitious, set of targets and KPIs for Demand Generation and Acquisition Marketing, by developing campaigns that drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build pipeline across prospects and customers.
Take responsibility for a variety of analytical tasks, including forecasting, measure, analyse, and reporting on campaigns, using such metrics as MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length – candidates should have the ability to interpret data and gain insights that translate into actionable changes.
You should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a growth marketing role, preferably some of which is in a B2B role for the SaaS or Tech sector.
You should be able to thrive in a hyper-growth environment, unfazed by the pace and challenges of all that comes with performing in a company that is undergoing rapid scaling and success.
Candidates should be extremely analytical and be able to put the science and data into marketing strategy and output.
