We have an exciting role for a Marketing Manager to join a large, highly successful Irish brand. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that the Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR and Content strategy aligns with their even changing customer base.
Based in their Dublin office, this role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and comes at a time when the company has recently launched an exciting new fashion brand. As the Marketing Manager, you will get to impact the entire marketing strategy and create, develop and execute a new range of campaigns and projects.
Take ownership for the Marketing and Communications Strategy and putting into place an entire new and fresh portfolio of Marketing Collateral – both online and offline.
Manage campaigns that drive quality leads and attract customers to the business.
Take ownership of marketing budget and spend, as well as management of 3rd party partners such as creative/marketing agencies and media owners.
Develop individual, tactical marketing campaigns for each of their 7 brands, refining marketing and comms to reflect appropriately for each audience.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, the HR teams, as well as external Stakeholders such as the Media, Industry Bodies and other relevant associations.
Ideal Candidate profile
Has good tenure in previous roles, and management experience as you will be mentoring and managing a team
Can show trajectory in their career, i.e. internal promotions or moving into a more challenging/senior role in a new company
Has a 360-degree Marketing background; whilst most candidates will be stronger in some areas versus others, this role will require someone who has Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital Campaign Management, and strong commercial awareness.
Is savvy and quick with technology and systems; able to drive maximum ROI from every marketing investment.
Has managed a marketing budget, including digital budget and has forecasting and post-campaign reporting experience.
