We have an exciting role for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to join a large, highly successful and loved Irish brand. Based in their Dublin Head Office, this role reports directly to the Residential Marketing Manager.
As Loyalty Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the development of acquisition and retention residential marketing strategiesensuring consistent market-leading standards for brand, customer experience, sales and marketing excellence across the segment.?
You will support and lead in the following areas:
Develop and implement best in class product marketing strategy incorporating customer and market insights to support the achievement of commercial and brand objectives.
Work in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Team to develop marketing communication campaigns and plans, and monitor performance of campaign activity, finding areas of opportunity or enhancement.
Ensure the Marketing activity strategically and tactically aligns to the Customer Acquisition & Retention Strategy.
Review competitive offerings and make marketing recommendations for market differentiation.
Develop strategic and tactical plans to grow the overall Marketing Consent Database.
Ideal Candidate profile
Minimum of 6 years product marketing and planning (B2C preferably) with demonstrated experience in delivering growth for a consumer facing brand.
Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing by email, in-product, content marketing, digital marketing, and other owned/ earned channels.
Commercially astute and able to apply strategic reasoning, analytical and budget management skills.
Excellent communication skills to influence agendas at all levels of the organisation.
