Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Head Office Service Delivery & Infrastructure Manager in delivering IT deployments into Head Office
-Support the Head of IT by providing periodic reporting on the ROI Technology Programme Plan calling out dependencies, risks, issues, and identifying decisions needed
-Work collaboratively with company stakeholders to ensure they are aware and up to speed on the deployment plans and updated on their progress
-Manage Service Contracts ensuring they are up to date with vendors to deliver Service Improvement Initiatives
-Be aware of upcoming developments in Technology and identify how they might benefit/impact the overall business
-Work closely with members of the ROI Tech Team to support business efficiencies and technology incidents
Skills/Experience needed:
-Third level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-Proven ability to perform problem solving abilities with a clear indication of logical thinking
-Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-A passion for technology
-Previous experience working in an IT environment is desirable
