Location: Dublin – Hybrid

About your new employer:

Key Responsibilities:
-Define and implement the Health & Safety strategy to be used in all retail locations in Ireland
-Carry out regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards while inputting solutions to reduce risk
-Ensure working practices are safe and compliant with Irish health & safety legislation
-Lead in-house training with managers and employees
-Advise on a range of specialist areas appropriate to the catering/retail industry
-Liaise with a number of interdepartmental teams on health & safety changes and best-practices.

Skills/Experience needed:
-Full clean drivers’ license
-Relevant background in a previous role within health & safety compliance/legislation
-Strong planning and organisational skill with a keen attention to detail
-Experience with auditing and reporting (ideally in a B2C environment)
-Experience in budget management is a plus
