On behalf of a global Fintech brand, TalentHub are delighted to be searching for a Head of Product Marketing. Our client, established in 2009 by a team who had the vision to create the World’s first peer-to-peer foreign exchange marketplace that enables consumers & businesses to save substantial sums of money when transferring money abroad.

With offices in Dublin, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong they are looking for skilled, motivated & passionate people who want to be part of a new force in financial services.

You will manage a team of Product Marketers and work closely with your counterparts, the Head of Content Marketing, and the Head of Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product, content marketing and digital marketing to localise product features, content and communications for global markets
  • Build and manage the go-to-market strategy and associated KPIs for product and feature launches globally including owning customer insights, market research and competitive analyses
  • Develop value proposition and messaging frameworks for key use cases and test messaging hypotheses across consumer and business products
  • Design and test multi-channel lifecycle comms and A/B test to continuously improve performance
  • Work closely with the digital and content marketing teams to track, measure and optimize CPA for customer segments
  • Manage a team of Product Marketers, with an emphasis on development and coaching as well as hiring more people as your function grows

Key Requirements

  • Experiencing working closely with product and analytics teams on cross functional lifecycle and product marketing technical integrations to enhance segmentation, personalization and comprehensive reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with datasets and making data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with sales teams, developing sales enablement documentation
  • Adept at translating highly technical B2B products into client-facing narratives with a focus on positioning, benefits, differentiation, and use cases
  • Previous experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience of working in financial services, fintech, payments or a regulated industry would be advantageous
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, Atlassian products is positive but not mandatory
