We have a very exciting new role with a leading B2C Business with an international footprint in 2 continents. They have very exciting plans for global expansion and are building out their marketing function. They are searching for a Head of Performance Marketing & Demand to grow their 4 group brands internationally.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data driven senior digital marketing professional to take their career to the next level. They are a family-owned business with a fantastic culture and are looking for a resilient professional who is ready for this exciting growth journey

Key Responsibilities

  • The planning and delivery of their online paid advertising strategy with the objective of growing the business through new customer and new lead acquisition and reducing churn.
  • PPC planning, ad management and execution, ongoing optimisation, and reporting.
  • Ad group customer segmentation and working in partnership with our Growth Product team in Tech to create new ad audiences and bring our customer segments to life across paid online media
  • Budget management in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target.
  • Identifying new online channels across which to promote our services and drive leads, such as affiliates and YouTube.
  • Being the SME for paid online marketing
  • Owning the relationship with Facebook, Google and 3rd party vendors who support us.
  • Briefing creative and copy requirements to our creative studio but self-serving when it comes to copy as well.
  • Marketing effectiveness reporting against agreed KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
  • Core KPIs include: New customer acquisition, new lead acquisition, decreased churn, CPA, ROAS, platform visits.

Key requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a data driven, digital marketing position
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ad Management Platform and PPC a must
  • CPA & ROAS obsessed
  • Must be comfortable with customer data, recipient/audience tables (or similar) and working in partnership with BI/Tech/Product teams to deliver highly targeted, customer centric campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills are a must, along with superb attention to detail
