Head of Media & CRM

TalentHub is actively looking to hire a Head of Media and CRM for our client, one of Ireland’s award-winning sports fashion retail brand. The client places a strong emphasis on building a brand family which is full of Social, Inspirational and Fearless people who are passionate about driving their ambitious plans for online-led future growth in Ireland, the UK and across Europe.!

Head of Media & CRM will be primarily responsible for leading the Media & CRM teams, defining and delivering the media & CRM strategies to achieve epic results for the clients Brand and each brand concept.

The Head of Media and CRM will take responsibility for a digitally led media strategy that utilises a broad range of tools to build long term Brand equity and loyalty whilst balancing short-term commercial objectives. The role will obtain primary responsibility for customer acquisition, life cycle management and retention as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a growing team, taking responsibility for driving a high-performance culture that is consistent with our Brand Values.
  • Relentless focus on team performance through coaching, professional development, performance management and succession planning.
  • Work with the senior management team and other stakeholders to define and deliver the Media & CRM strategies for the Brand and Brand concepts focusing on new customer acquisition, lifecycle management and customer retention.
  • Management of the budget and activity for each function; ensuring investment alignment with Brand strategy and objectives
  • Oversight of the management of all agencies, technology and media partners
  • Produce and distribute KPI reports for all marketing activity, providing actionable insight into significant and notable changes in performance instore and online.
  • Track all performance marketing plans by concept and channel, closely monitoring shifts in performance against budget, identifying opportunities and remedial actions in store and online.

Ideal Candidate for this role:

  • Experience leading digital marketing teams at senior level in multi-category business
  • Experience of working and partnering in a broader consumer led commercial brand
  • Experience in defining and delivering brand, customer acquisition and customer retention strategies for the Irish, UK and wider European markets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train & motivate a high performing multi-functional team
  • Strong decision-making with an ability to produce high impact results
  • Displays a passion for the role of media in the marketing mix
