We have a very exciting new role with a leading B2C Business with an international footprint in 2 continents. They have very exciting plans for global expansion and are building out their marketing function. They are searching for a Head of CRM to grow their 4 group brands internationally. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a senior CRM/Email Marketing position.

Key Requirements

  • Planning their new CRM program and the campaigns
  • Working alongside the Tech team and a new selected software partner to implement new email/push/SMS (CRM) marketing platform.
  • Defining the customer data and reporting requirements and working alongside Tech team
  • Ensuring a rolling email/push/SMS marketing plan is being always followed
  • Being the spokesperson in the business for the CRM program, communicating ROI, key learnings, campaign optimisations and KPIs.
  • Owning the customer database and ensuring GDPR compliance in everything we execute.
  • Growing our subscriber base, in-line with capacity increases and identifying opportunities for existing customers to convert to becoming subscribers.
  • Recruiting and developing the CRM team who will report to you and support you in the above areas of responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a data driven, senior CRM/Email Marketing position, leading a team
  • Experience in overseeing the implementation and ongoing usage/maintenance of an enterprise email marketing software program is a must e.g. Adobe Campaign or similar
  • Proven experience in implementing a CRM program from the ground up is highly desired
  • Must be comfortable with customer data, recipient/audience tables (or similar) and working in partnership with BI/Tech/Product teams to ensure required customer data is fed into the platform which you will own, on an ongoing basis
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills are a must, along with superb attention to detail
