TalentHub are actively looking to hire an experienced resource or junior recruiter, to join our team ASAP. We seek a bright, ambitious and sparky individual with a passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in delivering transformational talent to our client portfolio.

Despite the challenges of the last year, we have been lucky insofar we work with highly innovative businesses and sectors, and the demand for digital transformation talent has never been higher. Ideally, we look for a resource with the ambition to move into a recruitment consultant role, however if you are already an experienced consultant, we’d love to hear from you.

The role will support Senior Recruitment Consultants in sourcing talent and managing assignments. You will work closely with experienced Recruiters who will help you lay the foundations of a successful recruitment career. We will develop your skill-set, help you amass valuable experience, introduce you to our significant network and ensure you become a valued asset that can contribute to the continued growth of TalentHub.

Please note that on this particular hire, we are only looking for candidates who already have some recruitment experience and can demonstrate a successful track record in this field.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally has 1 year + in a recruitment environment, working KPI’s and goals. Whilst HR experience does offer some cross over, recruitment experience is essential.
  • Have experience using a CRM or similar platform, and solid MS Office skills. It would be of distinct advantage if you had used LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
  • Be curious and bright, a good communicator with the mental agility to deal with and thrive in our dynamic work environment.
  • Be a confident, articulate communicator – both written and verbal.
  • ‘Gets digital’ – our work focuses on helping businesses transform their output by delivering the very best talent in Ecommerce, Technology, Interactive Media, UX and CX, and the overall Digital economy. To really enjoy this role, you need to have a genuine interest in this landscape.
  • Be interested in people, their careers and the behavioral nuances that influence career trajectory.
  • Possess a highly developed EQ and innate drive to help people and solve talent issues.
  • Be able to think creatively in a business setting
  • Value professional integrity.
  • Want to develop a career and possess the requisite self-awareness, curiosity and work ethic.
  • Have done their research and know why they want to work with TalentHub.
  • Be ridiculously organised and have the ability to manage your own workload and pipeline. We offer great autonomy at TalentHub but this does mean that all employees are naturally self-directed with great initiative.

Naturally, due to Covid 19, we have a WFH policy but once its compliant to do so, we aim to return part time to our upmarket office in Dublin 2, with a blended approach of home/office working, offering flexibility.
