On behalf of a global multi award-winning financial services group, we are seeking a talented and experienced Internal Communication Specialist. Our client is in a growth period and now wishes to focus on creating a super culture for their employees based both here and abroad.

This role would suit either someone already within a company working on their employment proposition or someone with agency experience who has managed culture projects for large companies. Based in modern offices in Dublin, this business enjoys the benefits of being part of a global company. The ideal candidate:

  • Ideally, you will hold a 3rd Level Degree or a formal qualification in PR, Marketing Communications or similar relevant subject.
  • 2 to 4 years proven success in a PR, Marketing or in-house role.
  • Successfully created and managed leadership communications strategies, developed engagement strategies and built a winning employee culture.
  • Highly collaborative and capable of managing relationships with peers and stakeholders within other departments such as Marketing, Brand, Corporate Social Responsibility, Finance, Facilities etc.
  • Drive the companies culture through ownership of internal communication, keeping connected and reacting quickly to changes, mitigating issues in a very human fashion.
  • Works independently and autonomously – you should be a real self-starter with high levels of initiative
