One of the many exciting roles we are recruiting for is an EMEA Marketing Manager to support our growth plans and help recruit companies to Kara Connect. We are in an exciting scaling phase and this role will be key to help design and build this critical function.
Initially, we want you to design and lead the build out of the target marketing function including tools and processes. So, you will need to thrive in the kind of environment where everything needs to be built and launched. It promises to be a fun, exhilarating and inspirational experience.
You will be comfortable iterating and testing approaches as we optimise our Go to Market strategy. We are growing fast, and this is an exciting time to join a scaling business. You will have a terrific opportunity to shape and define the marketing function.
Responsibilities will include:
Own the marketing funnel from lead generation to SQL (sales qualified lead) and optimise performance at each stage in the funnel
Deliver short-term wins whilst building a marketing strategy that scales with our huge growth ambitions
Develop and execute campaigns for SMB and Mid-market segments across EMEA to drive MQLs using the full range of digital tools – email, paid, webinars, events, social channels, website etc
Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations team to continually refine campaign performance, lead quality etc
Track and report the metrics that matter to run your department – know them better than anyone else and know how to improve them
Have impact – understand your actions that drive impact – always be the driver of actions and measurable outcomes
Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
Report against agreed marketing effectiveness KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
Define and execute against an ABM strategy that targets priority accounts with sales
Work closely with our sales leadership to score, grade, and nurture prospects
5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing, ideally across EMEA
Proven success executing and scaling B2B demand generation programs across channels including events, paid advertising, email etc
Experience marketing to buyers in SMB and mid-range companies in EMEA
Ability to develop strategies and to execute tactically
Ability to partner with other functional areas and manage programs to completion
Experience working with Hubspot Marketing hub or equivalent
Self-starter with a tolerance for ambiguity combined with an ability to take direction
Track record of navigating challenges and overcoming obstacles
Goal oriented and a drive to be successful
