We have an exciting E-Commerce Specialist role for an Irish company in the beverage industry whose product is at the forefront of health and wellness. Their mission is to bring delicious, low-sugar, low-calorie drinks that are high in healthy vitamins to the global market. They are on an exciting journey to grow and develop our brand, expand their product lines, and move into new markets.

As part of this journey, they have ventured into the area of eCommerce through their online store. Over the past year, this has been rolled out in the UK and Irish markets.

They are now looking for an Ecommerce expert to join their team who can improve processes, manage platforms and 3rd party service providers, and grow the online sales and retention of customers. This offers the exciting prospect of building and developing a new revenue stream for the business.

You will need to bring your analytical and growth mindset to this role. You will know the common pitfalls and issues that eCommerce brands encounter, and how to combat these.

You will know the correct methodologies and structures to put in place to create a robust and automated system where possible. You will need to show your stakeholder management skills to report to senior stakeholders on data and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationship with the website development agency to ensure the website & online store are optimised for maximum efficiency.
  • Work with 3PL service providers to ensure stock levels are maintained, branded packaging is supplied & deliveries go out to customers on time.
  • Handle customer queries regarding online orders.
  • Create a long term eCommerce strategy, including the addition of new product lines, and the development of a subscription-based model.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team on customer acquisition and paid advertising,
  • PPC, Amazon Marketplace, etc
  • Regularly report on the performance of the online store in various markets
  • Ensure all online policies relating to privacy, delivery, and returns are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the wider teams to ensure that all marketing data actively contribute to both increases in sales and brand awareness.
