We have an exciting eCommerce Specialist role for someone looking to join a highly successful family business to work with them to define the strategy for their next phase of eCommerce Growth.
This comes at a very exciting time, as our client is about to launch a new eCommerce trading website into the UK market. This means you will be backed by their board and CEO to deliver career-defining work for you and the team you will build.
This role will be instrumental in setting their eCommerce strategy for the next 5 year period.
Based in Dublin (and open for you to work part of your week remotely), while reporting directly to their Leadership team, you will need to have the confidence to back yourself, have the courage to influence senior people within this organisation and be ready to deliver career-defining work.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Development of the business online strategy for launch into the UK market
Ownership of the digital marketing strategy and all other aspects of the company’s online presence, including company website.
Execution and measurement of onsite content specific campaigns
Leveraging various research methods such as web analysis, usability research, etc. to identify opportunities to improve the site experience, task completion, and funnel conversion
Ownership of purchasing flows, relate landing pages, and content, working with the UX and product teams regarding changes to product content pages.
Using web analytics to identify potential onsite real estate for supplier revenue opportunities
Efficiently prioritizing, scheduling, and managing online content and merchandising workload to meet business deadlines
Leading of their conversation optimization program with the goal of onsite conversation of onsite traffic to first-time shoppers
Delivery and quality of copy, images assets, and execution of online shopping content.
Coordinating with wider business teams to ensure that merchandising of website coordinates with in-store and other offline marketing channels
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, usability, site design, and e-commerce coupled with a good working knowledge of content management systems.
You will have worked on Shopify and WordPress platform in the past
Strong website and consumer analytic skills, including the ability to link site design and features to strategic objectives and the ability to use the data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of coordination and execution of merchandising/e-commerce initiatives in an e-commerce environment.
Experience of commercial reporting and analysis in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tool
