On behalf of a multi award winning media organisation, TalentHub are looking for a highly motivated eCommerce Retention Execution who will be responsible for developing and managing the online content sales for a range of digital subscriptions and products.
Main accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:
Devising and executing performance-based digital campaigns with a key focus on customer retention/CRM across all channels
Effectively managing the digital customer purchase cycle from landing page through to fulfilment; traffic and conversion rates will be a key measurable.
Delivering digital content revenues and developing new content/ subscriber revenue lines
Driving conversion rates through the sales funnel via a best in class user experience
Constantly monitoring the performance of the e-commerce channel and optimising sales performance on a real-time basis
Work with the development and product teams to ensure the user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow.
Deliver tactical offers in collaborating with marketing, UX, web development etc.
Excellent knowledge of the online sales funnel and how to optimise e-sales
An understanding of margin targets and supporting KPI’s in the e-Commerce environment
Good knowledge of the drivers of online sales performance – traffic conversion, LTV, AOV and churn analysis
Good knowledge of Google Analytics, web analytics tools and Google Adds
Experience in bse management, customer retention or customer value management will be an advantage.
You should live and breathe retention of customers, the importance of customer experience, and have excellent attention to detail. You will need to be able to interpret data well and put it to good use with initiatives to test and measure new ideas.
