TalentHub are delighted to be working with the luxury homewares brand, Max Benjamin, in the search for a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce specialist, to take ownership of the digital sales channels, which have grown monumentally in 2020 and look to improve on this further in 2021
Max Benjamin source and manufacture their products here in Ireland, using natural resource ingredients, and their range includes candles, fragrance diffusers, scented cars, fragrances for cars/vehicles, textile fragrances, and a variety of personal care products including soap, creams and lotions. They are free from Palm Oil, Metals/Leads, and environmentally friendly/sustainable.
They take their CSR contribution very seriously, supporting charities such as ALONE, and have always had an active participation in the local community where they are based, in the stunning village of Enniskerry, on the Dublin and Wicklow border.
Their offices in Enniskerry are home to a highly collaborative team of Buyers, Merchandising professionals, Creatives, Product Managers and Operational & Commercial managers – and whilst Covid-19 requires staff to work from home at present, they look forward to returning to this dynamic and high performing environment, once it is safe to do so.
Max Benjamin are a forward-thinking employer who are receptive to a blended approach from a Work-from-home vs Office-based working perspective. However, it will ensure the success of this Digital Marketing and Ecommerce specialist if they could spend some part of the week in the offices, for collaboration, rapport building with stakeholders and peers, and to be immersed in the brand, therefore it is essential that candidates can drive and have access to a vehicle, as the location (whilst absolutely beautiful!) is in a remote area, a few minutes’ drive from Enniskerry Village, and not serviced by public transport. If you are lucky enough to have a chauffeur, that’s fine too ? As long as post-covid, you can get to the offices a couple of times a week, (and fit the job criteria obviously!), we’d love to hear from you
Whilst the most important requirement for this role is the skill set and experience, it would be of distinct advantage if candidates had experience in FMCG, Luxury Goods, Personal Care, Homewares or similar.
Reporting to the commercial director, this role will be a highly impactful one, and requires someone with creative flair, marketing talent and a solid knowledge of how to manage an ecommerce channel for a consumer brand.
Create, implement and drive the company’s digital marketing strategy and work closely with the key leadership teams to drive the overall Brand vision in line with the Commercial strategy
